If your solicitor has just told you that you need a Land Registry compliant map before your sale can close, here's exactly what happens:
Step 1 - Contact us immediately or email with your property address, Eircode, and your solicitor's contact details. The sooner we hear from you, the better.
Step 2 - We confirm eligibility Not every property is suitable for same-day mapping, and we'll tell you straight away whether express service is possible for your property and what we need to proceed.
Step 3 -Send us your documents We'll need any existing title maps, deed maps, or folio details. All documents must be received before 11am for same-day turnaround.
Step 4 - We prepare your map Your Land Registry compliant map is prepared to full Tailte Éireann (PRAI) standards.
Step 5 - Delivered directly to you and your solicitor Digital PDF issued by email to both you and your solicitor the same day. Signed hard copies posted to your solicitor's office.

Express service is subject to availability, property type, and receipt of all required documents before 11am. Contact us to confirm before instructing.
Express mapping is available for most standard residential properties. The following conditions apply:

Apartment mapping is not generally available for same-day service due to floor plan requirements and are assessed individually.

Q: How do I know if my property qualifies for same-day mapping?
A: Contact us with the property address and Eircode and we'll confirm within the hour. Most standard residential houses qualify, subject to availability and documentation.
Q: What documents do I need to provide?
A: Any existing title maps, deed maps, or Land Registry folio details. Your solicitor will usually have these. The more information we have, the faster we can turn the map around.
Q: Can you send the map directly to my solicitor?
A: Yes, digital PDF issued to both you and your solicitor by email. Signed hard copies posted to your solicitor's office the same day where required.
Q: What if I contact you after 11am?
A: We'll do our best. If same-day isn't possible, we'll confirm next-day turnaround and get started immediately.
